RFKC 2026

Royal Family Kids Camp is a 5 day overnight summer camp for kids ages 6-12 from foster, kinship, or adoptive families. Christ Community Church sponsors and staffs this amazing experience for kids from hard places, introducing them to the truth that not everything they've experienced is all there is.

For camp 2026 we need 50 staff to care for and enjoy time with 20 campers.

1. Age Requirements: Program Staff & Counselors (>18), Camp Assistants (16-17)
2. Counselor - Camper ratio is 1:2. Program and professional staff help with counselor breaks, mtgs, and to maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone.
3. Most team positions are onsite Sunday afternoon (7/26) - Friday afternoon (7/31), including overnights. All lodging, meals paid for by RFKC.
4. Direct experience with fostering or children whose backgrounds include family-based trauma is not required.
5. Training required - new staff 4 hrs online orientation and then all Team Training Saturday 6/6.
